This policy explains how the Wexely app directory at wexely.com handles information. Wexely is operated as part of TutivSoft. It adapts the relevant principles in the TutivSoft privacy policy to the way this directory actually works.

Information handled by this directory

You can browse and search Wexely without creating an account or submitting payment information. Search and category filtering run in your browser. The directory search text is not submitted to our server or included in analytics events.

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, handles connection data needed to serve and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested address, browser information and security signals. These records help deliver the site, prevent abuse and investigate technical issues.

If you contact support by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, product name and description of the issue. Do not include passwords, payment card details or private access credentials.

Analytics

Wexely uses TutivSoft's Matomo service at atcdn.cyou to understand visits and links followed to products. Analytics can include the page address, page title, referring site, browser and device information, time of visit, outbound link interactions and full visitor IP address. IP anonymisation is not enabled for this service.

The Wexely tracker disables Matomo analytics cookies and respects a browser's Do Not Track signal. Before recording a page view, it removes query values and URL fragments from the directory page address. Search terms entered into the local directory filter are not tracked. The tracker does not contain an account credential or collect app account passwords.

Analytics and technical records help us understand product discovery, maintain the site and investigate problems. We do not sell your personal information through this directory or use it for targeted advertising here.

Individual apps and other websites

When you follow a link to an app, app store, payment provider or another website, that service handles its own accounts, content, purchases and analytics. Its own privacy policy applies. This directory does not combine those accounts or receive their passwords or payment card details.

Some apps offer AI, health journaling, communication or cultural reference features. Review the particular app's privacy and account information before submitting personal or sensitive content.

Use, sharing and protection

We use directory-related information for site delivery, security, analytics, support and legal obligations. Service providers may process it for these purposes, including hosting, analytics infrastructure and email delivery. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No internet service can promise absolute security. Retention depends on the purpose of the record, operational requirements and applicable obligations; this directory does not promise a fixed deletion period that differs from the underlying service settings.

Your choices and requests

You can use browser privacy controls, enable Do Not Track or block analytics requests. Blocking analytics does not prevent use of the directory. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of personal information.

Send privacy requests to dev_team_support@tutivsoft.com. Describe the request without sending unnecessary personal information. We may need enough information to identify the relevant record and verify a request.

Children and product requirements

This is a general product directory. Individual products can have different audience, age, safety and account requirements. Follow the requirements in the product and its official store listing. Please contact us if you believe personal information from a child has been submitted improperly.
