Terms of service

These terms apply to the Wexely app directory at wexely.com, operated as part of TutivSoft. They adapt relevant directory use provisions from the TutivSoft terms of service. Individual products, stores and payment services may have additional terms that govern their own services.

Using the directory

You may browse Wexely, search its listings and follow links for lawful personal or business purposes. Wexely provides information and links to software products. It does not create a product account or process a purchase.

Do not use the directory to break the law, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service delivery, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person or misuse another person's rights or information. Do not bypass technical security restrictions or use automated activity that disrupts the service.

Product information and availability

Product descriptions are intended to help you discover relevant tools. Features, supported platforms, access requirements and availability can change. An available start page does not guarantee that all features, sign-in flows, integrations or purchases are working or available to you.

Some products are paused or unavailable. Listings can remain accessible for reference. We do not promise a future release date, uninterrupted operation or a particular result from using an app.

AI-generated suggestions and educational, cultural, health-related or decision-support content require your own review. Follow the particular product's guidance and seek appropriate professional advice for important decisions.

Accounts, purchases and refunds

Accounts and purchases are handled within the individual product or its official provider. Read its current plan details, limits, eligibility and terms before purchasing. The Wexely directory itself does not charge for browsing.

Store purchases are governed by the store's process and applicable rights. Other purchases follow the relevant provider and product terms. See the refund policy for support routes. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.

Content and intellectual property

Directory design, text, product names and related materials belong to TutivSoft or their respective owners and licensors. Browsing the directory does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond ordinary permitted use. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

You remain responsible for information you submit to support or to linked apps and for having the rights needed to use that information. App-specific content licences and obligations are governed by the relevant product's terms.

Linked services

Links can lead to separate apps, providers and third-party websites with their own terms, privacy practices and security controls. Review those policies before using them. A link is provided for discovery and does not guarantee a third party's conduct or availability.

Service limits and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the directory and its information are provided as available, without a promise of completeness, uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular purpose. We take reasonable care with listings but cannot guarantee that every detail stays current.

To the extent permitted by law, TutivSoft is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the directory or unavailable linked services. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may change listings, restrict abusive traffic or suspend directory access when needed for security, maintenance, legal obligations or service operation.

Changes, disputes and contact

These terms may change as the directory develops. The effective date identifies this version. Applicable mandatory law and consumer rights remain in effect. Contact dev_team_support@tutivsoft.com with a question or concern so we can try to resolve it.
